555 Unexpected Questions

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 27, 2026

555 Unexpected Questions ("the App") is a quiz game. We built it to collect as little data as possible. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no tracking of your identity.

What we process

Your answers. When you submit an answer (typed or spoken), the text of your answer is sent to our server and to an AI service (Anthropic) solely to check whether it is correct. Answers are not linked to your identity and are not used to build any profile.

Voice input. Speech recognition is performed by your device's built-in system service (Apple or Google). The App receives only the recognized text. We do not record, store, or transmit audio.

Game progress. Your current question number, earned ranks, and attempt counts are stored locally on your device only. If you delete the App, this data is deleted with it.

Advertising

The App shows optional rewarded video ads served by Google AdMob — only when you choose to skip a question. AdMob may process device identifiers and approximate (coarse) data to serve and measure ads, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. Where required by law, you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.

What we do NOT collect

No names, no emails, no accounts, no contacts, no precise location, no audio recordings, no photos. We do not sell data. We do not share data with anyone except the service providers listed above, strictly to operate the App.

Children

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date.
